Richard is one of the founding members of Northeast & has spent many years learning and honing his craft. Rich is less on the road nowadays and more in a management position along with meeting with clients to help resolve their heating and cooling needs. Occasionally he will jump in a van to help out during peak times. When he is not working on Northeast Heating & Cooling, he enjoys skiing with his family in the white mountains of New England or can be found on the hot days along one of the wonderful Northshore beaches in our area.

Eric is one of the founding members of Northeast & spends a lot of his time sharing his knowledge of this trade to our technicians. Eric is our service manager and lead problem solver. We rely on Eric to help things run smoothly and to be there to help guide us to the proper resolution. When Eric is not at Northeast you can find him working on a fun home project with his son or grilling unique dishes for his family.

Daylon was Northeast’s first employee & has been with us since 2012. Daylon has grown over the years and has been an important part of the Northeast crew. Daylon is our  lead installer and service technician and can be found leading a team on-site. Daylon is passionate about getting things done properly and timely. Daylon has become  someone we are proud to represent our company. In Daylon’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and completing projects around the house. He enjoys riding his motorcycle or working on his older Mustang.

Taylor has been with us since 2016, She has transformed our office into a smooth-running machine. She is the glue that holds Northeast together. Whether she is taking calls or answering emails, she is always working hard to resolve. From our clients to our technicians, almost all communication goes through her.

She is truly the hub of Northeast and advocating on your behalf. We are truly lucky to have her as part of our team. Taylor in her spare time enjoys gardening (it’s true, you should see her office) and making home-cooked meals for friends and family.
